Post Announcement (Other Meetings)


  • Please use this form only to submit announcements of upcoming meetings.
  • The information submitted will be reviewed (and may be edited) by the Education coordinator before publication.
  • Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory
  • You must provide your name and email that may be used to check the validity of the announcement or to collect further information. Misuse of this form can imply this address to be banned from this site.
  • The meeting “name” will be used as the title of the announcement. The “announcement text” must be short, comprehensive and clear.
  • To have the meeting georeferenced and being able to provide a map for the venue, please make sure that the address (as entered in the form) is recognized by Google Maps.
  • The uploaded graphics will be used to illustrate the announcement. Please use good quality, small size (100 Kb maximum) files in png, jpg or gif format.
  • You can use a comma separated list of tags to qualify the topic and scope of the meeting.
  •  Filling a captcha code is required before submitting the announcement to avoid spammers and robots.
