ECA Executive Committee met in Berlin

The ECA Executive Committee had its annual Winter Meeting in Berlin on the weekend from February 22nd to 24th, 2019. For many new Officers, this was the first Executive Committee meeting after they were elected by the ECA Council at ECM31 in Oviedo.

In addition to the day-to-day business of the Committee, the final report on ECM31 and progress reports on upcoming ECMs were central items on the meeting agenda. ECM31, reporting a 1000+ attendance and presenting an exciting scientific program, was considered a great success. Laura Roces and Santiago Garcia Granda representing ECM31 were thanked for their efforts and congratulated on the extremely successful meeting.
